Completed in mid-2022 for KBS Construction, the McLeod Green development comprised three 4-storey apartment buildings designed to deliver high-quality urban living.
Wilson Precast supplied a wide range of elements, including 383 No. 200mm thick precast panels, 46 No. 300mm thick precast panels, and 23 No. stair flights. In total, the project included over 400 unique precast concrete elements.

The façade panels featured a variety of finishes, including plain, rebated, and rough-sawn timber textures, contributing to a refined architectural aesthetic. This project showcased Wilson’s ability to deliver large-scale, high-detail precast components with consistency, precision, and attention to finish.
